Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market disruption timelines
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biometric systems
- Manage $15M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience scaling innovation from prototype to global deployment
- Certified in Technology Strategy from MIT Sloan or equivalent
