Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive futures (Web4.0, AGI governance, space economy)
- Design patent-pending frameworks for sustainable technology scaling
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Host high-impact future foresight summits with global thought leaders
- Author white papers on emerging risk mitigation strategies
- Drive ESG integration into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling sustainable ventures
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and circular economy principles
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) preferred
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
