Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and social trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing integration and decentralized economies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging human-machine collaboration challenges
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board stakeholders with data-driven risk assessments
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and scout breakthrough startups
- Facilitate global foresight workshops with Fortune 500 executives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Futures School) preferred
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions with Fortune 100 clients
