- Drive R&D roadmap development with 5-year innovation horizons
- Manage cross-functional teams executing next-gen product prototypes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technology domains
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in patent strategy and IP management
- PhD or Master's in relevant technical field preferred
