Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Author thought leadership on the future of work and human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology stack: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
