- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging engineering, product, and business units
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption timelines
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive leadership
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
