Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology/societal trend forecasts using predictive modeling and scenario planning

- Produce actionable strategic briefs for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive innovations
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development roadmaps and investment strategies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive analytics methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused strategic initiatives
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight preferred
