- Present executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategic priorities
- Integrate ESG metrics and ethical AI governance into long-term planning cycles
- Partner with R&D to validate future-state concepts through rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our organization as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend impact methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 convergence landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects with measurable outcomes
