As a key member of our Future Insights Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global innovation networks to develop foresight frameworks that drive competitive advantage. You'll pioneer methodologies for anticipating technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market evolutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and innovation roadmapping
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies like AI-driven trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author in foresight or innovation domains
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and scenario planning software
- Global perspective with cross-cultural research capabilities
