Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ member teams
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology assessment methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
