- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging tech domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 product innovation cycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-forward concepts and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams on future-focused methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, quantum computing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
