Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure capable of supporting AI-driven workflows and quantum-ready applications by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emerging technologies, including autonomous systems, neural interfaces, and decentralized ledgers.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create long-term technical strategies that align with business goals and industry trends for the coming decade.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proof systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or JavaScript; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Skills: Experience with AI/ML model deployment, edge computing, or blockchain integration is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
