Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and validate future-proof solutions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic briefings for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate R&D with proven impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
