Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams developing quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals task force on climate tech
- Drive patent strategy for next-gen biometric authentication systems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor fellows in our Futurist Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
