Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market evolution through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps that integrate AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups aligned with 2026 market trajectories
- Create predictive models for industry disruption using machine learning and scenario planning frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, books, TED Talks)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing global innovation portfolios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
