Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Develop scenario-based innovation roadmaps for C-suite and board presentations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to pioneer next-generation solutions and patents
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic institutions and startups
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong network within global innovation and research communities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
