Responsibilities

- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with C-suite executives to co-create future-proof business models
- Quantify market opportunities through predictive analytics and scenario modeling frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications on innovation trajectories and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, technology forecasting, and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
