Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-level executives to align future-proofing initiatives
- Author high-impact foresight reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable roadmaps for product development
- Advolve organizational culture to embrace adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for large organizations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
