Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts pre-2026
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for exponential technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Present future vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology disruption
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
