Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company-wide goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies.
- Identify and assess emerging market trends to drive product innovation.
- Manage key partnerships and stakeholder relationships to secure resources for future projects.
- Present quarterly roadmaps to the board of directors and executive leadership.
- Oversee the integration of AI and automation into core business processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI and machine learning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
