- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author foresight reports influencing C-level decision frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation with tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio published foresight work preferred
- System thinking certification a plus
