Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, biotech, and AI verticals
- Lead incubation of 3-5 moonshot projects with $500K+ seed funding
- Partner with MIT, Caltech, and NASA on forward-looking R&D initiatives
- Build and mentor a 15-person innovation lab with world-class specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 ecosystem players
- Present quarterly disruption briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted AI/biotech patents
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital for novel ventures
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and lab automation frameworks
