Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to identify 3-5 year disruption vectors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in climate tech, healthcare, and fintech verticals
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-ready strategies
- Author quarterly trend briefs and innovation roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or related foresight discipline (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
