- Facilitate C-level strategy sessions translating future scenarios into actionable business imperatives
- Design and validate prototype concepts for next-gen products and services using agile methodologies
- Build cross-functional ecosystems with academia, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate adoption
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends and competitive advantage
- Quantify innovation ROI through market simulation models and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and trend analysis
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact from future-strategy implementation (case studies required)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) or innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking)
