Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology foresight roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Design strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce executive-ready future scenario reports and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions and validate market viability
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track emerging technology maturity curves
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business models and roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-driven transformation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
