Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy framework spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Design and manage innovation pipelines with R&D partners at MIT, Stanford, and global tech hubs
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-driven scenario analysis
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Oversee $50M+ innovation budget allocation for pilot programs and technology incubation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement across enterprise units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Global network of technology innovators and academic institutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
