Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders through immersive storytelling
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Curate emerging tech partnerships and ecosystem collaborations for competitive advantage
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into implemented business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
