Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing and prototyping breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design and execute innovation sprints to rapidly validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with quantifiable impact projections
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate an organization-wide culture of future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation ROI analysis and resource allocation
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
