- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets across R&D and pilot programs
- Present to investors and board members on future-proofing strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year lead times
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business/Engineering/Tech or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work topics
- Certification in Design Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
