Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging societal, technological, and environmental challenges
- Partner with R&D to integrate exponential technologies (quantum, AI bio, advanced materials) into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level briefings on disruptive megatrends and their strategic implications
- Establish innovation KPIs to measure foresight ROI and track paradigm shift adoption rates
- Cultivate an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers through exclusive symposia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and megatrend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Track record of launching disruptive products/services with 5+ years market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (white papers, industry journals, TED talks)
