Responsibilities
- Define and own the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into existing product ecosystems.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish metrics to measure the success and adoption of new technologies.
- Oversee the prototyping and pilot programs for 2026 flagship initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven experience building and executing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI/LLMs, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
