Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends to identify high-impact opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate strategic visions into actionable technical initiatives.
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies through proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to assess feasibility and ROI.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking within the engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience with emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
