Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 5+ years in C-suite roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive boards
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
