Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partners
- Drive organizational change management to prepare for technological transitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
