- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain innovation
- Expertise in futurecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar journals
- Certification in Tech Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building global tech ecosystems and startup partnerships
