Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated 2020s innovation impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience securing federal grants for forward-looking R&D initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
