Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise-scale systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructures with 99.999% uptime
- Lead implementation of zero-trust security models for distributed quantum networks
- Develop predictive maintenance protocols for quantum hardware ecosystems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 5 global R&D centers
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical quantum technology deployment
- Produce technical whitepapers for industry quantum transition standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in NIST quantum-resistant cryptography standards (PQC)
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design and error correction algorithms
- Experience with distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and consensus mechanisms
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services or equivalent
- Published research in quantum security or systems architecture
- Strong background in implementing fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-continental tech initiatives
