- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ innovation budget
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Present strategic roadmaps to the board and investors with ROI projections
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record launching disruptive technologies ($100M+ impact)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or similar
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging tech
