Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and government innovation hubs
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with Stanford's AI Ethics Institute
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, and global tech accelerators
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston
