- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market adoption patterns
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIPM)
