Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology strategy development
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and distributed systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in agile innovation and rapid prototyping
- Certifications in AI governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP) preferred
