Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot

- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and infrastructure
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Ensure 99.9% system uptime through rigorous testing and monitoring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong understanding of financial systems and security protocols
- Proven track record of delivering high-traffic applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
