- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term planning processes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
