Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting across AI, blockchain, and quantum domains
- Drive innovation workshops with stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products from concept to market
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
