Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in sustainability/AI sectors
- Proven track record scaling teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in environmental science or machine learning
- Experience securing federal grants for climate tech initiatives
