As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. You'll translate complex emerging trends into scalable business models while ensuring alignment with our mission to create a sustainable, tech-enabled future.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, spatial computing, synthetic biology) for market opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and automation adoption
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, climate tech, or decentralized networks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience building innovation pipelines in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment
