Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business growth objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive technology landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future technology vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate vision to diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML, Google Cloud AI) preferred
