Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum integration solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions (Web4, biocomputing, etc.)
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and other innovation leaders
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving net-zero operational targets
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at FAANG-scale companies
- Proven expertise in forecasting emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on disruptive tech adoption
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong stakeholder management across global executive teams
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping
