- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communications systems and decentralized AI networks
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, metaverse architecture) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital investors
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Academy initiative
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2018-2024)
- Proven track record securing $50M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, blockchain, and biotech across 15+ jurisdictions
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
