- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging domains including Web3, advanced robotics, and neurotech
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (AI/quantum/biotech experience essential)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
